2. Services We Provide

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any service at our discretion.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, content, and access required for campaign execution.

• Ensure that all material (text, images, videos) supplied does not violate copyright laws.

• Cooperate in a timely manner for project approvals and feedback.

4. Payments and Fees

• All services are billed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise agreed.

• Payments must be made in advance or as per the mutually agreed payment schedule.

• Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services.

• Service fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

5. Performance and Results

• While Omni AI Marketing Agency uses proven strategies in SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads, specific rankings, leads, or sales cannot be guaranteed due to changing algorithms and market factors.

• Performance reports will be shared with clients based on the agreed schedule.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, strategies, and designs created by Omni AI Marketing Agency remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

• After full payment, ownership rights of final deliverables (such as websites and creatives) transfer to the client.

• We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio for marketing purposes.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. All sensitive business information shared with us will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Omni AI Marketing Agency will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• We are not responsible for technical failures, third-party platform policies, or algorithm changes that may impact results.

9. Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate the contract by giving 14 days written notice.

• Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be cleared immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rawalpindi/Islamabad jurisdiction.
